Birth Doula Services
We provide 2 prenatal visits so we can discuss your birth history, birth wishes, assist with your birth plan, practice relaxation techniques, discuss various interventions (pros & cons) so you can make the best decisions. We provide support, encouragement, and help finding information that you need during your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. We are available by phone and email for any questions. We go on call at 37 weeks until your birth time. There is always a doula and a backup doula available. We also provide free monthly meetings that are informational as well as social in nature. You get to know all 5 of our doulas at these meetings as well as learn something at each one.

Postpartum Doula Services
Mothering the mother, helping new parents transition into their new roles is what postpartum doulas do. We are available to come assist
you after the birth of your baby. We can assist with breastfeeding and baby care as well as being there so you can nap, shower and eat.
Time periods are half-day, full day, or overnight.
4 hours $250 / 8 hours $500 / 12 hours $700
Placenta Encapsulation
The many benefits of placenta encapsulation include helping to prevent baby blues and Postpartum Depression, increased energy, increased
milk supply, and decreased postpartum bleeding.
$100 for doula clients; $175 for non-doula clients
Loss support with a Loss Specialist
If a loss occurs during your pregnancy we are available to support you from the time you learn of your loss, through the planning process and the birth.
This service is provided at no extra cost to our doula clients.
Blessingway Ceremony / Mother's Blessing
A Blessingway Ceremony is a Native American ritual that celebrates a woman's rite of passage into motherhood. It is also known as
a Mother's Blessing. Unlike a baby shower, which is all about gifts for the baby, the Blessingway Ceremony is all about nurturing the
Mother-to-be and celebrating motherhood.
We will coordinate your Blessingway ceremony including sending out invitations (you provide the guest list), providing a henna kit, coordinating
the food, providing candles, flowers, and essential oils, and more. Two of our doulas will attend for a maximum of 2 hours to help.
$250
Belly Casting
We will provide the kit and come do a belly casting for you.

Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula Bundle
Complete birth doula services plus 12 hours of postpartum doula services. The postpartum hours can be broken up into 4 hour or 8 hour blocks for daytime services or one 12 hour overnight.
